INFO URGENTLY NEEDED BY IMO:  MARINE HNS INCIDENTS – JUNE 2012 TO OCTOBER 2012

For an ongoing HNS work project IMO has already compiled information on incidents during this period involving the following vessels – Stena Scandinavica, Synthersis III, MSC Flaminia, Maersk Kinloss, Bunga Alpinia, Almanora, Oratank, Selat Madura, Wan Dong Fan.

If you can provide information on any other marine HNS incidents or near misses that occurred between June and October last year please send to Patricia Charlebois of IMO at [email protected]  by Thursday 21 March 2013. Info needed: Date, Incident Location, Name of Vessel, Pollution Caused, Cargo, Bulk or Packaged, and brief description of the incident.
