USA: Response Technology Workshop from OSPR/Chevron, California, 27-30 March hevron
Registration is open for the 10th Biennial OSPR/Chevron Spill Response Technology Workshop! We have both in-person and virtual participation options and we have a great agenda including agency updates, renewable fuels, non-floating oil, applied and mechanical response technologies, remote sensing, mapping and GIS, and more. This year we have a field demonstration day with more than 15 presenters bringing their equipment to the workshop for in-person demonstrations (we’re also hoping to stream the demonstrations live for those unable to attend in person). We’ve also added a training day providing an introduction to oil spill response and oil spill science basics for those new to the field.
The full agenda is available through the link below. PLEASE NOTE: You must register for each individual day you would like to participate (in person or online). Additionally, for in-person participants, parking is extremely limited and there is no street parking available. Please plan to carpool.
Please share this invitation broadly with your response community colleagues. My apologies for any cross-posting redundancy.
