Progress report: Spill Asia Conference

With just over three months to go until this year’s premier event for global marine spill prevention, preparedness and response, the participation list is growing with many of the world’s leading organisations confirming their involvement – all exhibitors to date are viewable at:www.spillasia.com/2026/exhibition/exhibitor-list .

The Singapore Maritime and Port Authority have joined the event’s launch Committee, plus partnerships have been announced with Marterra Group, GI SEA and the China Diving and Salvage Association. OceanPact have been confirmed as sponsors of the Science & Innovation Hub, plus we are delighted to confirm that ISCO will also sponsor the event’s networking drinks on day one, as well as the event’s initiatives for the next generation of our global workforce – much more on this to come, soon!

In a beneficial move for all industry stakeholders, a smart collaboration will also see IMO stage their own R&D Forum on alternative fuels in Singapore during the same week as SpillAsia (see www.imo.org/en/about/events/pages/imo-research-and-development-forum.aspx ), with IMO’s event taking the Monday and Tuesday, then SpillAsia the rest of the week.  The Conference Programme is evolving, with a strong balance of top regional and international speakers on the key issues that matter most – view the programme at www.spillasia.com/2026/conference/conference-programme .

Everything points to one outstanding week in Singapore this September, which will attract the best of our industry for three days of discussion, debate, networking and business.

If you want to be there, you can book your place now at www.spillasia.com/2026/conference/book-tickets  – and ISCO will see you there (and even buy you a drink)! The organisers inform us there are still some excellent exhibiting and sponsorship options available – for more details on these opportunities, contact Event Director Tom Treverton today on [email protected] .
