Concerns have been raised for the safety of people living in part of Runcorn, UK after a proposed development was cancelled over its proximity to a “critical” chemical plant that manufactures Chlorine. Planning permission for the Heath Park Development, once heralded as a modern-day Port Sunlight, was cancelled by Secretary of State Steve Reed following a public inquiry held late last year.
