ARPEL (the Association of Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy Companies in Latin America and the Caribbean) has released its guideline “Mutual Aid Plans among Companies in Case of Oil Spills and Other Emergencies”. 

This has been published on the ARPEL website along with an Excel table that guides organizations in the development of Mutual Aid Agreements and Plans in a logical and sequential manner.
