ISCO was privileged to be invited to attend a high-level meeting to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) which took place in Valletta, Malta earlier this week.
The meeting was opened by IMO Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez and brought together Ministers and senior representatives of Mediterranean States as well as representatives from many intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations.
