The International Oil Spill Conference (IOSC) 2027 scholarship program offers need-based support for people whose participation would contribute to the spill preparedness, response, and restoration community.
The program reaches beyond students: potential recipients include:
• Government representatives from the U.S. and abroad
• Graduate students, interns, and co-op students
• Researchers, technical experts, and innovators
• Authors of accepted IOSC papers and posters
• Representatives of nongovernmental organizations
