DuringDuring the 2019 AGM held by email Members were invited to submit comments to the Secretariat. This was in a way a substitute for not being able to make verbal interventions during a traditional face-to-face AGM meeting. A positive aspect was that Members who would have found it difficult to incur the time and cost involved in travelling to attend a traditional AGM were enabled to comment on issues raised in the circulated AGM Agenda and Meeting Papers.
The received comments were circulated to the membership on 15th December 2019 and the Secretariat will respond to these comments in early 2020.
