Josh Dubach, Senior Response Management Consultant at ISCO member CTEH LLC, has joined the ISCO Editorial Board.

Following spells at Hess Corporation and Oxy, Josh joined CTEH in December 2024.   Josh is an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in Emergency Management, Occupational Health, Environmental Awareness, Safety Management Systems, and Emergency Services, Josh is a strong operational management professional with a Master of Science (M.S.) focused on Environmental Policy and Management from American Public University.
