CBS News is reporting that the leaking well (which, as reported in the last issue of ISCO news is in Garden Island Bay) has been capped, although cleanup efforts remain.
The article is interesting inasmuch as it highlights the context of the thousands of historical wells in the Gulf of Mexico (Gulf of America) and the concomitant reduction in federal resources.
